Thai Mat Massage

Thai mat massage is a traditional bodywork practice performed on a supportive floor mat rather than a table.

The practitioner uses hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to apply rhythmic pressure, assisted stretching, and gentle joint mobilization.

Movements resemble a blend of massage, yoga, and acupressure, creating a flowing, meditative experience.
